Spicy Chorizo Shrimp



This was our supper last night. It's quick and easy to make. I was a big Rachel Ray fan for a while. Tried a few of her recipes and kept the ones we loved. This dish was a big hit to my mother in law and brother in law. But when I made it for my family in the Philippines, it tasted different, so they did not like it. The chorizo there is really sweet, while the one's here is based on a Mexican recipe. Which is quite spicy.
